Health Forum: Black Women and Breast Cancer


3 p.m. to 5 p.m. In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our museum hosts a free “Black Women and Breast Cancer” panel discussion with cancer survivors and doctors as they talk about breast cancer and its effects in the black community. Panelists include Dr. Dawn Leonard, breast surgeon and one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women of 2013; Dr. Patricia Schmoke; and Denice Whalen White.
