(53 minutes) Filmmaker Jordan Thierry explores fatherhood in Black America. Through telling his own story and interviews with historians, he traces the roots of the fatherless Black home and reveals a history much more complex and profound than is often told. A post-film discussion follows on fatherhood in Black America. The conversation is facilitated by leading social entrepreneur and founder of Dare to be King, David Miller. In conjunction with the exhibition Question Bridge: Black Males.
