Capturing a Movement: Photography as Activism

Photographers serve as witnesses, capturing humanity during a moment in time. Baltimore photographer Joe Giordano will moderate a discussion with fellow photographers from around the country about the history of photographing protest, the importance of being witness to the Black Lives Matter movement, and more. Registration required; free for members/$5 for non-members.

Sheila Pree Bright is an Atlanta-based, award-winning photographer best known for her works Plastic Bodies, Suburbia,Young Americans and her most recent series #1960Now.
